In December 2021, as part of the program “Encouraging democratic values and active citizenship among young people”, Ajna Jusić, president of the “Forgotten children of war” Association, spoke about marginalized social groups – women who survived wartime sexual violence and children born as a result of it. Ajna also presented the important activities of the Association and spoke about the different ways in which it is possible to face the past using different forms of art.

In addition, in May 2021, at two interactive lectures with participants of the program entitled “Mitigating Online Radicalization and Hate Speech”, Ajna Jusić spoke about the importance of the Association’s work and its influence on shaping the narrative of post-conflict BiH, especially the narrative about women and girls who survived sexual violence and rape during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
