Lejla Damon (UK), a member and representative of the Forgotten Children of War Association attended a conference at the University of Birmingham.

During the conference, the interdisciplinary approach to the topic of “children born of war” was discussed. The conference was attended by experts from fields of history, art, psychology, neuropsychiatry, as well as activists from several countries. This conference was the beginning of the story we call “In the name of the father / U ime oca” , which is also the name of the play about children born of war.
